I can facilitate Rapid Critical Incident Responses, deliver individual and group Counselling, and Psychological First Aid.
I can assist employees to develop action plans (exploring goals, barriers, and making realistic plans), and provide psycho-education about emotional regulation strategies.
I can also offer Tele-Health Counselling for employees.
This service is available for SME's through to multi-national organisations.
